We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
What is “Free Returns” Coverage?
When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, the cost of return shipping is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for FREE. If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, click HERE. If your return is accepted, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. We cannot accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return, as all returns require proof of purchase and must be clearly marked with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Products returned without an RMA number or in packaging other than original packaging are not guaranteed to be processed, may incur a larger restocking fee, and/or may be refused.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt to verify their condition, and that all parts are included. Any product that is missing any parts will incur a charge for those missing items. Any shipping charges will not be reimbursed. The Baby Cubby is not responsible for damage sustained in return transit and damaged products will incur a restocking fee based upon their condition.
Our Love Your Stroller Guarantee allows strollers to be returned for in-store credit only.

Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if it is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If defects that are covered under the product’s warranty occur during use of the product, your purchase will be replaced according to the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies per brand.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned and are considered final sale. This includes car seats, blessing/Christening outfits, teethers, pacifiers, sippy cups, bottles, crib mattresses, displays, clearance items, holiday items, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Our Love Your Stroller Guarantee allows strollers to be returned for in-store credit only.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
